It seemed like every other word they said was a four letter word. I couldn't believe they could get away with that in front of their clients. I had a hard time bearing the cologne they were wearing, it didn't smell very good at all. It wasn't the worst I've ever smelled, but it definitely wasn't the best. I was disappointed with the way my appointment went. I don't feel like they really cared about me. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.

They were one of the best psychologists I've ever seen. I was very impressed. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every time I go, I'm always surprised by how respectful and courteous they are. I've never been treated with more respect by any other professional.
