Spoke with them about making sure my insurance covers treatment. It was coded as something my insurance would not cover. Humana was willing to take a different code but IMHC "stood by their diagnosis" and refused to change it. They told me from the start that if my insurance rejected they would put me on a sliding scale (and gave me cash prices for services) - but that was only to get me in for more visits before telling me that they can't do that if I have insurance. I'm very displeased with the service I received. They said that I owe them the full price of each visit but they refuse to send me a bill or receipts of payments even though I have requested it through writing and in person. Tried to entice me into coming back by saying that they will code my diagnosis to make sure my insurance will accept it (although they refused to work with me before). This facility is a joke. They take my money and refuse to send me the documents I need (receipts, A BILL) as proof of payment. I would never recommend this facility to anybody.
