I am writing this to urge anyone considering using Susan Holms as a therapist to continue on to someone else who is trustworthy and professional. Notice how her name doesn't appear in a Google search. Why? I wonder if she had several other bad reviews before this one and had to remove her name for damage control. Anyway, putting aside the fact that she is dispassionate, lets talk about control. If you decide to use Susan Holms look for the time when you see her (Shelton or Bethel). You will not see the time because the clock only faces her and is not viewable by YOU the (paying!) client. Oh and don't ask her the time when she says it's time to end either! She will absolutely refuse to tell you and keep repeating, "It's time to end"... "It's time to end." Then when you bring up that her inability to give the correct time when asked is rude and controlling... she'll put it back on you saying that you must not have liked the, "tough stances" she's been taking with you lately. Funny thing about that one was I hadn't seen her for 2 months prior! Wtf. Guess her own divorce and husband's errant behavior has finally taken it's toll. Physician heal thyself! Just another rude, gold-digging, New Yorker pilfering clients outside the city.

The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I've never received better advice from anyone else. It was sound, helpful, and completely unbiased. I've already started to recommend them to everyone I know. They made a huge impact in my life. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
