I barely spent any time in the waiting room. I was seen very quickly I did not smell any cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I love that I can count on them. If they don't have an answer the first time, they dont give up. They keep working with me. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule.

The entire time I was with them, they didn't make me feel confident in their abilities. I don't think they knew what they were doing. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them. I spent half my day in their waiting room. I can't believe they would expect anyone to wait that long. I was a little disappointed with how flexible their appointment times were. They try to work with my schedule somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment time that works for me. They answered a few of my questions but I could have used more information.

They made sure all of my questions were answered, and are always there if I think of any more questions I want answered. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
