Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. If I had known what a horrible experience I was going to have, I never would have gone in the first place. I would never refer a friend or family member here ever. It didn't seem like they took care of their office very well. It was kind of clean, but it seemed very unorganized and somewhat dirty. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

His wife/receptionist was extremely rude. She made me wait at least 45 minutes to be seen by Dr. Francis. One visit involved a 1 hour and 15 minute wait.

Dr. Francis is also unhelpful. He is patronizing and it's almost like he tries not to understand his patients. He also talks on his phone and texts while in session! If you are hesitant to take a prescription, he acts as if you insulted his mother.

Tl;dr: This practice is a s**t show.
