William J Dess has No Ethics, No Morals and can't even follow the law that is in black and white. He is easily manipulated by an overbearing narcissists. He easily becomes entrenched with these types of individuals and their lives. Once this happens he will only look at one side of the coin. He never even try to verify any information that is pushed down his throat blatantly and continuously. This is just a simple warning to all parents never let your children in the same room with this man. He will destroy all hopes of help for your children now and in the future.
