We were sent to Denise Akin upon advise from our Pediatrician. We've been having a difficult time with our teenage son and felt that he needed to talk to someone about what he's going through. Denise made him feel at ease from the very first appointment. The first meeting was with us and our son and she took the time to get a full and complete back ground on the situation. If we have something we feel she should know about in between visits, she's very open to getting that information from us and discussing with our son on the next visit. The biggest compliment I can give is his testimonial "I like her and like that I have someone I can talk to". So thankful our Pediatrician referred us to her!
