Manuel Costa is a very compassionate psychotherapist and really gets it. When I explain or describe something to him, he completely understands and has great suggestions for me and really talks and gives his confident opinion and direction. I feel so comfortable with him because everything he has suggested and spoken to me about with regard to challenges I have described to him, have always been right on. I totally trust his opinion and direction. Each time I walk out of his office, I feel more confident.

He was recommended to me by a couple I know who were having challenges in their marriage. They are happily married today and they give credit to Manuel and his great guidance and support during challenging times.

I would highly recommend Manuel for those who are having challenges in their life, need direction or just someone to talk to and get opinions and guidance from. I had been to a couple of other therapists in the past, and they were good, but when I met Manuel there was no comparison. He helps to keep me focused on the challenges that I talk about and we explore ways to work through them. It's just amazing how far I have come with how I feel about the challenges in my life just in the short time I have been seeing him.

He remembers everything we talked about the week before and really pays attention to what I'm saying. I like the fact that he also talks to me and doesn't just sit and listen and rarely talk like therapists in the past. He totally understands what I have to say and understands exactly how I'm feeling. He helps me to realize that I'm OK and my feelings are valid. He also stays positive and encouraging which really helps me too. I can't say enough positive things about Manuel J. Costa. In my opinion and others… He is simply the best!
