Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were so knowledgeable, and I felt very safe in their care. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.
