I have never written a review before but I felt it was necessary in this case because of the nature of the business. I called to make an appointment for my daughter. First when I called the number listed on the website, I was transferred to another number. After spending 20 minutes on the phone giving away all types of personal and insurance information, they informed I would be unable to make an actual appointment for my daughter because she was 18 years old. They told me they would contact her for an appointment. My daughter missed the call. However, she returned the call within 15 minutes and began to get the run around for two days, leaving message after message at no avail. Finally, this morning she was able to get thru. The person on the other end proceeded to ask her all of the information I had already provided previously. Dealing with mental health issues is already difficult enough and it is people like these that make it difficult for young people to receive the mental health care they need. After spending hours trying to get an appointment, we are moving on.
