CSG's Chariots Program (CRR Host Home Level of Care) really does not even warrant one star but the system won't let me rate this service provider without one. The team assigned to our family's case repeatedly provided us with inaccurate information and when we confronted them on this, they ceased all communication with us. The therapist lied to us on multiple occasions and her supervisor did not take action even when confronted with clear evidence of lies. We were completely cut out of our child's treatment and they repeatedly violated their own terms of engagement and responsibilities. We clearly selected the wrong service provider for our family's needs. This company may be child centric (although we have no clear evidence of that, as they have terminated all communication) but they are definitely NOT family centered, thus violating one of the basic tenets of providing effective care at this level.
