One therapist there didn't address the important issue for one of our daughters, but added her own personal issues to reinforce a minor problem which worsened due to her input. Plus there were a lot of scheduling difficulties and terrible communication with schedules. We switched to another therapist who is not with this association. On the other hand, our other daughter is seeing a different therapist in this association and we have nothing but great things to say about her. She is great with our daughter and the communication is wonderful with us. Scheduling is not difficult with her. The first therapist gets a zero star, ther other therapist receives a 5+ star.
