Expect to go through about three providers in two months time, simply because they cannot retain staff. Also expect to be discharged because they can't keep track of all the patients, they are shuffling from one therapist to the next.

I was very unhappy with the way my appointment progressed. I made absolutely no progress, and I felt even worse when I left. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. The counselors are excellent. But there is someone there of some sort of director that was pretty ubrupt and rude about my bill. It's not my fault your billing department waited until after 90 days was up and expected me to pay the full price bill. I am income eligable for the insurance you took payment from previously. I'm inclined to think I would be income eligable for your sliding fee scale. I mentioned that to him, and he declind it, refusing to treat my son until I payed that full price bill. Now, they have me in collections, and they are harassing me @ home and work. I am a single parent with my hands full, and you are making it worse by adding responsibility I don't feel is my fault, and no sort of compromise.
