I provide psychotherapy/ Clinical Social Work, in my private practice and at Catholic Charities mental health clinic. I have been a Master Social Worker since 2009. My focus in psychotherapy is based on psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and humanistic theory. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, families, and children, through all phases of life. I believe that people can overcome their difficulties, whether it be depression or anxiety, patterns of communication and functioning in relationships, with dignity, and strength. I believe that people can become better able to handle stresses, and that through an inner exploration, grow as human beings, be more authentic, happy and relaxed. I work with students, business executives, professors, as well as stay at home parents. I have worked with hundreds of satisfied clients, and I look forward to working with you as well.
