I left my appointment feeling very hopeful and optimistic. I was very pleased with the way it went. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Dr. Carra, is a very personal doctor who takes times to listen to you, but also give suggestions to help you understand what is happening to you. She's very compassionate and definitely knows what she is doing. I would love to go to her again, right now, but she doesn't accept insurance and I can't afford her hourly rates. As far as I'm concerned and I've seen 7 counselors in the past 13 years, she is the best of all of them.
