The nurse practitioner Susan Russell, was rushing me out the door and did not answer any questions about my follow-up. She said for us to talk while going down the hallway---not appropriate!!! I had no idea about who and how to refill my prescriptions, or where to go for my counseling appointments.
The doctor was awesome, but he left without answering my questions.
