The entire time I was with them, they didn't make me feel confident in their abilities. I don't think they knew what they were doing. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. It didn't seem like they took care of their office very well. It was kind of clean, but it seemed very unorganized and somewhat dirty. They barely gave me any information at all. I guess I'm going to have to ask someone else to answer my questions. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me.
