I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. It was difficult to find parking at their office. I had to look for a while and was almost late for my appointment. One thing I noticed right away about their office was how dirty it was. I'm usually not bothered if everything's not perfectly clean, but it was filthy here. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. Every time I tried to give them my input or concern, they just interrupted me or cut me off. They didn't care at all what I had to say.
