Karen is compassionate and intuitive. She helped me see the importance of self care even though both my parents died early from alcohol abuse. She gently pointed toward a new set of disciplines I could work on to obtain optimal mental and physical health. Karen taught me the importance of setting goals. I am a better person after my involvement with her and my behavior is drastically more appropriate than before I met with her.
