I am a Licensed Psychologist in California and a graduate of Saybrook University, where I received Master's and Doctoral degrees in Psychology. I have extensive training in Existential-Humanistic Depth Psychotherapy under the tutelage of the late existential-humanistic educator and master therapist, Jim Bugental, and have also trained in Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, EMDR, and in the treatment of Dual Diagnosis. With more than 25 years as a therapist and over 42 years of meditation practice, I would welcome the opportunity to become an ally in your journey to wellness and personal fulfillment.
