I sent a polite correspondance with simple request, which he refused to acknowledge. He willfully disreguarded it. I know this because i have called and left voice mails, he doesn't get back to me, ever. He has no visable support staff, just voice mail. Yep, creepy. He did take my health insurance and wasted no time in cashing the check for the co-pay. He made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. In fact my appointment was insulting and injurious. The experience has considerably exacerbated any unwellness I may encompass. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Just as a side note, unless you know what to look for, you will never find it. Unfortunatly for me, the night before my appointment someone put me wise to the location. The 'office' is behind and over a donut shop thing. First you drive behind a building, park your car and lookup just past the dumpster. You walk in to a maze like 'office' building with limited signage. After to take the elevator up, you exit into another maze like area (remember you never see anysupport staff). If you keep walking you will eventually see him if his door is open. The office is the size of most closets. You are taken into a PUBLIC CONFERENCE ROOM for your 'session'. I look back and regret not heeding the 'red flags.' I am trying to recover from this encounter. His failure to respond to my efforts to communicate, is creating a hardship for me and my family. The one star is to acknowledge his college level learning. It does not reflect his application of it.
