Tried to confront her about a past experience of abuse in a relationship; she insisted it wasn't abusive and focused entirely on my part in it and what I did to get into that situation - offering no help with the issues remaining from it for which I originally made an appointment with her.

Felt uncomfortable with a particular method during one session. She refused to attempt it again, despite my desire to do so.

Tried to discuss exploration of my sexuality; she interrupted me and insisted that, in her experience, bisexuality is a short-lived concern. Very cold attitude, as if what I felt was invalid in the face of clinical experience.

Ceased making appointments after that.

I didn't feel like I could freely discuss issues in my life without running against her assumptions.
