I spent probably two seconds in the waiting room. They didn't make me wait at all. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
