This vet is qualified and knowledgeable, but there is a definite hint of the vet being personally absorbed in his knowledge and little true caring for the pet. I say this in the sense that the vet would rather perform test after test than do only what is necessary. A moneymaking ploy. The staff was fine, but I had to wonder if they liked their job working for someone who didn't seem to truly care about the pets. I didn't feel like the vet listened to any of my input or concerns. I think we were seen quickly because my pet was the only patient waiting each time we visited. I don't know how this vet stays in business except for, perhaps, the boarding they do for pets while their families are on vacation. I wouldn't even send my pet there to board. I expect the vet would mention some mysterious symptom he noticed while I was away and suggest running tests. I do not trust this vet, no matter how many degrees and how much experience he has.

The vet was argumentative and ignored the information I was providing to her. The tech even corrected the vet a couple of times when it was obvious she did not pay attention to my statements. I brought my senior dog to this vet for the first time, and I was treated as if I didn't know how to care for the dog that I have had for twelve years. The vet insisted that I buy products from her even though I told her repeatedly that I already had similar items that worked for my pet's condition. I was tired of arguing with her so I paid for the services she provided and declined the additional $125 of add on items she was insisting I buy. The exam room was not clean either. There was still hair on the treatment table, and my dog started eating nail clippings that were on the floor.
