I was put at ease on my first visit and subsequent visits because Dr. Steve Niemiec and Dr. Kevin Phalen and they rest of there staff took the time to explained every procedure every step of the way. I got my life back after my adjustments, and felt fantastic when I left.

I am a medical provider myself, but when it comes to being a patient I am a nervous patient. These doctors reminded me that healing takes time and spinal adjustments can help speed up that process and it did.

It's obvious that this office has experts both as chiropractors and wellness coaching. I feel very comfortable and safe under their care. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They would even text me to remind me of my appointments with my busy schedule. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Balanced Living Chiropractic Wellness made an extra effort to get to know me and what I needed. They always remember me and make me feel very important as well as my family. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

They are some of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. They make it affordable explaining that routine wellness adjustments cost less that acute trama care visits. After getting hurt, it didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Thank you for the relief and now the protection of my spine and nervous system.....naturally
