I visited this practice in January, waited 1 1/2 hours past my scheduled appointment time, then got a refund and left. TIME TO FIND A NEW PODIATRIST!
I was dumb enough to go back to the practice this morning (7/15/2020). I had to use vacation time for this appointment and, again, I HAVE NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT EXCEPT FRUSTRATION! I had the second appointment of the day at 945AM. I went to the examination room at 1000 and waited 45 minutes longer before the doctor came in, just as I was putting my shoes on. I said I had to go and she said she was here now and that "nothing would be accomplished if I left", and she left the room. What was accomplished in my mind was that she proved how ignorant and self righteous she thinks she is and I should be honored to wait an hour for her to grace me with her presence. Talk about someone being in the wrong profession! Having no respect for the patient's time and then giving the patient an attitude! I don't know how practices like this stay in business! I got a refund and left. When I go to Lakeview Dental (Haddon Heights), Haddon Eyecare (Haddon Heights), and especially Foley Chiropratic (Bellmawr), if I wait 5 minutes past my appointment, that is a long time. This practice should contact the other places to see how to properly run an office.

Total waste of my time in more than a couple of ways. The last visit, I was seen 1 hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I had to cancel other appointments as a result. Also, while the young woman who saw me has book knowledge, she's rather uninspired in terms of finding satisfactory treatment. That's not entirely her fault. Those are the pitfalls of delivering health care for profit.

Also, the TV in the waiting room is loud and presents programming for the brain dead.
