Elementum is a clinical yoga therapy practice. We can work with anyone in any state of balance and health. Our primary focus is the health of the whole being and we realize that through integration. It is our fundamental belief that every type of medicine has its place and its value. We work with all types of practitioners, western and eastern, to support any areas of the body and being that are in need. Our sessions vary from private, to small group, to regular drop in classes. In therapy sessions we employ all aspects of a yoga practice from breath to meditation to movement and spirituality.
