They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen! Putting their patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They definitely care about patient comfort because they have comfortable waiting room chairs with free foot massagers, and relaxing aromatherapy and soothing music which instantly relaxes you as you walk in the door. The medical and physical therapy staff are very professional and take the time to listen to my needs. They integrate traditional and holistic approaches to treatment which I love because I hate taking medications for pain! They take the time to answer all of my questions/concerns, including details on my insurance coverage, so there aren't any surprises to deal with later.
