The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was ecstatic after my appointment. I knew that I was going to improve with their treatment. I've never seen anyone with more skill. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

This guy has been Adjusting me since 1996 when he was just finishing up school. He really knows what he is doing!

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
