I met with the Wishnie DPM on two occasions and found him to be gruff. He makes poor eye contact and prefers to face his computer. He's patients is short and he thinks he's a conceded. I can't attest to his surgical abilities, but I found his bedside manner lacking and his overall disposition to be contrarian.
