Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was amazed at how knowledgeable and experienced they were in the procedure I wanted done. It was obvious they had been doing that procedure for years. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
