I received an exceptional level of service, beginning with the massage therapist thoroughly answering all my questions about our session. I was very comfortable the entire time. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Before they even started my massage, they asked me detailed questions about my preferences for the massage. They made an extra effort to make sure I got the exact massage I was hoping for. I had a shoulder injury that was causing terrible numbness and pain especially at night. John has been a godsend in helping me recover. He has done more than a regular Dr and Chiropractor combined!

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I loved that they just let me take a nap and relax during my massage, and didn't constantly try to make conversation. I got a massage to relax, and I appreciated that they let me do that. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. and he was willing to take suggestions from me with my personal prefences of what I liked in a massag, and was willing to make changes did not have to ask more than once.

Definitely, and they made sure to ask if I had an injury before my massage

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
