I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time. The problem was not with the "sell". It's after you are there. My loved one was treated terribly by those in charge. I'm absolutely positive that we would have gotten better treatment elsewhere. They can't hold on to staff. As the rooms began to fill up, the food quality went down. Refusal to perform small services that would greatly enhance quality of life for residents. One manager says they will and the other goes behind her and tells staff not to. Ridiculous!
