It is my belief that each person and/or family has unique qualities and challenges that make us who we are. It is through exploration and dialogue that we develop insight and the power to change. To accomplish this goal, I integrate several different approaches and strategies into my practice to meet you where you are at. These include but are not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic and Family Systems theories, a Strength's approach and Humanistic strategies. I also have the opportunity to work in a holistic health environment at Denver Community Acupuncture where we can work together to treat body, mind and spirit.
