I have 20 years experience with at risk children and families, including children birth to five (having previously been the Mental Health Specialist for Head Start), adolescents, adults (including those on medicare), teaching parenting education, community education, various therapy groups (including Dialectical Behavior Therapy) as well as 20 years in 12 Step Recovery. I have a B.A. '87 in psychology from Reed College, and a Master's in Social Work '92 from Portland State University. I can do supervision for LCSW and LPC candidates. I have been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1997.
I am trained in self psychology, cognitive behavior therapy, solution focused therapy, insight oriented, with specialties in mood and trauma disorders (anxiety, ptsd, depression), ADHD, women's issues, recovery (eating disorders, addictions and codependency).

Therapy with this provider has become one of the biggest regrets of my life. She talked in circles, became visibly frustrated when I didn't agree with what she said and made me feel guilty for my feelings.
If you need to know this person's true character, look at the pictures she posts of herself. She puckers her mouth like a 13 year old girl-isn't she supposed to be a medical professional?!
Do not trust your secrets to this person.
All you will get from it is the pain of reliving your trauma over and over and over again.
