Their staff is friendly, and welcoming . They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They are an absolute expert in the field. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. Just as a side note, I live pretty far from the offices of Dr. Fernandes, but there is not such a long wait for appointment to be seen on time. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience.
