I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best.
