Scheduled an appointment, "new office person" confirmed they accepted my insurance and did not put my correct phone number in the system, so my appointment was never confirmed. Got to my appointment, was told "we don't accept your insurance." and "It's Dr. Le's day off, I text him to see what we can do... he TEXT back we can do $5 off of $69 eye exam. After I left work an hour and a half early for an appointment made days before and was confirmed they accepted my insurance on the day of the appointment. When I said that was a joke, he text his receptionist that if I pay cash he'll accept $40. Such a joke, the texting back and forth was ridiculous, he had me standing there waiting on a response via text. Even his existing clients in the waiting area came to me saying that was insane. Never got an apology, not even via text message. By him playing the deal game of give me cash and you'll get a discount, made me think he's focus is only on what he benefits from me, not the fact that his staff made mistakes. Never had such bad service, literally thought this whole thing was a joke.

Quick, but thorough. Pleasant and professional manner with patients. I would visit Dr. Le again.
