I placed my uncle who is elderly and needs assistance there,I was hesitant at first because it seemed to me a bit small and dated but Looks are deceiving. Although it is not the newest facility it is staffed efficiently very clean and the and the patients are very happy and well cared for... I did speak with some of the residents to see if they were happy living there and they were very happy as is my uncle. I'm giving it a fourth hours due to the fact that some updating could be done.

Somewhat, but not all the time

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.

Kind of, but I wish they respected it more

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them
