They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They weren't easy to reach in an emergency at all. I had to call several times before someone finally answered. I don't think that my provider will find a solution to my situation. I better find someone else. I was very unimpressed with her level of skill. It seemed like she had just started yesterday. Money hungry. of the 2 "professionals" i dealt with they don't seem to care about the patient, oh and when time is up,(which they both kept glancing at the clock) be ready to go and don;t expect them to remember your last session. I will be anonymous for now, however after my last meeting with them I will post the out come and most definitely attach my name. If you are here you are obviously seeking help, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU, keep searching

I heard about this practice through another therapist, a friend whom it would be awkward to see professionally. I knew there were different therapists in this office that have different specialties. It was similar to a regular Dr's office where there were specialists.
I have been to other therapists on the northshore and am used to a standard wait time both in the waiting room, and to get an appointment. That seems to go with the territory with any sort of professional clinic that is in high demand. I can see how a first time visitor to a practice may be a little confused or put off, but comparatively, this was a nice practice.
I understood why I was referred to this practice and why they are known so well in the profession. I did not go there for customer service, but for professional help from an experienced and knowledgeable therapist. I usually only do reviews when I get bad service, but since this kind of visit is important to me, and likely to you, I thought I would share my experience.
