My clients often feel like life cannot change, but it does. Little differences in and around you can help your life feel less frustrating, less lonely or aggravating. While I talk with you, I enjoy discovering your unique style, your strengths, and even those things about you that you may not like. These traits, viewed in new ways, can all help you resolve problems, increase healthy feelings and improve communication.
Experience, caring and competence are qualities I bring to therapy. I do not see you as "broken" or "wrong," but as a person, like me. I have studied hard to offer you the therapy that you deserve. Your therapy will be personally tailored to your needs, genuinely hopeful and authentic.
I have extensive experience working with parents and youth of all ages and especially enjoy using my family systems expertise to guide my clients through all stages of life, whether it's working through marital issues, parenting problems, childhood support, or teen years.
