Great instructors and a great curriculum! We attend as a family to release the stress of work and to develop strength and stamina. After eight months I have lost over 20lbs and my wife has lost over 40lbs. My two girls get the attention and direction I was looking for while learning focus, control, and discipline. Additionally you will learn and gain a greater level of balance, coordination, and mindfulness (being in the present). Times and classes vary so there is a variety of events (forms and weapons) in which to participate. There are several school locations and there is a great sense of family! Call or visit to get a better appreciation of why I truly recommend this school. If asked, please let them know that Michael Reese referred you or that you read my review and wanted to gather further information. Do it today, you will/can thank me "in the present"!
