They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. My experience was limited to the children's clinic only so I don't know about the rest of the hospital. I love my pediatrician

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
