Their office was unbearably cold. I was starting to worry that I would catch hypothermia if I stayed there any longer. I understand that heating bills are expensive, but it was awful in there. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I had one of the worst hospital experiences in my life here. I would never recommend them to anyone. They do not keep the restrooms well-stocked here. No paper towels, toilet paper, or even a toilet seat cover! I had nothing to clean up with. They put about 12 people that went to the ER in a "waiting room" because they didn't have any room available. I had to walk all the time regardless my pain and holding my own bag of saline solution. Half of star is too much for this place.
