I have a relative who is in the longer care facility. The place itself is not hard to find but the area where you sign in as visitor has terrible parking. They act like they don't care and when they direct you, the people there are very rude, won't answer any questions and blow us off.
Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.
They told me a little bit about my treatments' risks and benefits, but I still didn't feel like I knew as much as I wanted to know. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult.
