I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. family member came to ER on fathers day they did labs put him on meds called back the following thursday told family member they gave them the wrong meds to come back they did and they had to admit him he requested to be trannsfered to another hospital theey refused they told theem they would not as of today he is ina nother hospital and there taking his foot offf tomorrow
