The executive staff, administrator is the worse I have ever encountered.
Very unprofessional, no people skills , empathy, or compassion. He is there, in my opinion collecting a nice paycheck . Hopefully the legislature and others will see right through him. He has a big responsibility, yet. he is not qualified. He has no energy to help patients and will not advocate for what is right. He is not family friendly and needs to be replaced. So many failures.

This institution is not a HOSPITAL at all. It is a PRISON. It is not accredited as a hospital. It is a prison with all of it's small population being mentally ill and involved with the court system in someway. Most are not convicted of a crime but found not competent. They all deserved to be in a Massachusetts Department of Mental Health operated State Hospital not this PRISON!!!! This prison is run by the Massachusetts Department of Corrections. Security is that departments job, not MENTAL HEALTH TREATMENT.
