Dr Whitfield treated me with professionalism, respect and compassion. The office staff is horrible they don't let you talk to the Dr for an reason, you can only talk to the Dr if you make an appt, they also will not allow your surgeon talk to the Dr for any reason. they called me and have me a 5hr notice for a pill count for my CRPS I explained I was currently driving back from Portland Oregon and had to testify for my daughter in court in Kent at 2pm and after I had to go to Seattle to do medical labs for my surgeon because he has called me to take them asap because he thought I may have to have emergency surgery (I was scheduled for surgery a week later) and most of my pills where at home in Snohomish. they refused to let me talk to my Dr or let my surgeon talk to my Dr. the office staff said there is no excuse for missing a pill count and I'll be dropped by their office
if I didn't make it there by 430. I didn't make it of course they refused to see me or give me more meds for my CRPS. I asked for my records and to have the faxed to a new Dr they said on Monday they only do it on Fridays until 430. I went on Friday and it says it closed at 3pm. the next week I got there at 230 they said they will do it next Friday because they close at 3 and they don't have time. I tried to ask them again and again I needed this to find a new pain specialist because they dropped me. they were very rude and said if I didn't calm down they would ask me to leave. I wasn't telling or swearing. I've had CRPS since 2010 and in all that time I have never been treated like a junky until I went to that office.

I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were friendly and made me feel like a part of the family. I felt comfortable the instant I walked in. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
