They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. Every resident there looked fantastic. I could tell the staff takes an extra amount of time grooming and dressing the residents, which I think is fantastic. It really helps the residents to be able to take pride in their appearance.
