In September 2017 I went for my yearly checkup and ordered new glasses. When I was given my prescription I explained to the doctor that it was way lower than I had before and she assured me that my vision was "not as bad" I explained that i have been wearing glasses for years and didn't feel her prescription was correct. Again, she assured me all was okay and I purchased my glasses. Here i am 5 months later with the worst migraines and I can barely see my computer at work. I went back twice, once within the 30 days I have to make sure the glasses are okay and I was turned away. The woman at the front desk told me to keep the glasses and my vision would adjust. I went back and was turned away because I was not within the 30 days to get my prescription adjusted. I am on the verge of tears because I can't see. I have never suffered migraines or had frequent headaches but here I am at 8:30 a.m. with the worst headache. Now I have to purchase new glasses because my insurance wont cover them because it has not been a year but I cant wait another 6 months without being able to see. Very disappointed and frustrated that nobody here listened when I told them my glasses were not right.
